Good Morning this is Michael De Rosa and today, I want to talk with you about your calling, and my text will be Jeremiah 1:5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
Another word we can use to define Jeremiah’s hearing God’s call is the word vocation, which has its roots in “spiritual calling”
And as Jeremiah was appointed a prophet, God has designed you to a specific task in order to display His glory.
Now for those who are not working, take heart. For, this spiritual calling goes far beyond any job and points to something that is at the core of your being, namely the ability to walk in the fullness of God’s spirit.
So, if you are experiencing a disconnect between what you are now doing and your true self, you can alter your course today.
Regardless of where this now will take us, know for sure that the safest place to be is in the center of God’s will
