During this presentation of our Discipleship Journey, I listed some scriptures that were tide to Jesus being fully man and what that means to us today.

My basic plea to my brothers and sisters and it is from the last slide:

How well are we living the abundant life that Jesus gives us

since He has destroyed the works of the Devil in our life?

I think that too often we intellectualize all this, such as like this: though He destroyed the works of the Devil, the consequences still linger.  I think our thoughts are just that we need to endure to the end, that we need to grit our teeth and hope for the best.  But in the mean time, bear the wear and tear of the problems of life

Yet, if Jesus became a man in order to defeat all this stuff that we are just accepting as normal, than maybe we should question His manhood…

OR…

question our perception of the victorious life.

Here, let me give you an example of what I am trying to show you:

Look at the picture bellows and tell me what you see

The Letter C which appears like an E, note the middle line that is not connected

Click here to reveal what is seen, BUT ONLY AFTER YOU COME UP WITH YOUR OWN ANSWER

So, is the Apostle’s Creed relevant today?  Well, I cast my vote on YES.

Thank you, Jesus, for becoming a man so that I can live a life to glorify You in all I do.

Blessings on your Journey

-Michael
