Good Morning, this is Michael De Rosa and today I want to talk with you about the sufficiency of Christ. My text will be Hebrews 7:25 which reads
Therefore He is able also to save forever those who drawn near to God through Him since he always lives to make intercession for them
While it should be the norm for Christians to live joyfilled and victory laden lives, there are still Christians who live a lifestyle that points to their belief that they are just ‘not good enough’ to merit God’s grace.
They are hanging onto their shame, their regrets, their failures because they do not consider themselves worthy to receive Christ’s gift of salvation.
Now let me make this as clear as I can if you are one of these individuals: STOP IT
Stop trying to fix things yourself and realize that Christ has already paid the price for that struggle you wrestle with and is even now speaking up for you before God Himself.
THEN, as you become aware that you r e a l l y are forgiven, let God guide you on how to more effectively address that problem….BUT…now you will be facing it from the side of Victory
Blessings on your journey,
-Michael
