Christ is our peace. He made both Jews and Gentiles into one group. With his body, he broke down the barrier of hatred that divided us.
Are you trying to be reconciled to a family member that you haven’t spoken to in years, and you just don’t know what to do about it.
I am there, too, friend. And one too many people have told me -and maybe you have heard the same: You have done all that you could, just let it go.
But I know this is not God’s plan. God wants more because God has done more. In Christ that dividing wall, that separation, has already broken down.
I don’t see that…yet. And, maybe you don’t either. What I am doing, and I urge you to do too, is to move beyond just believing that the barrier between you will be broken down.
But, instead combine that belief with your faith, so that you start walking out what Christ has already provided for.
