Today, we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 5:3
For we will put on heavenly bodies; we will not be spirits without bodies.
Picture this, friend:
You arrive at Heaven, and Jesus takes you to the finest wardrobe manufacturer ever and shows you a body you’d die for.
Well, you did actually die…so that body is yours.
Talk about the best day E V E R
And it will only get better.
Now, I don’t know the particulars of that day, but as I am trusting God NOW for saving me, I trust Him for that time too.
Friend, now while our 5 senses can not prove what the afterlife is all about, faith opens the door to receiving Hope that God has always had it under control.
This hope, rooted in faith, is built upon the historicity of the Bible.
And yet there are people who dismiss all the historical evidence, in order to make presumptions about the afterlife based upon nothing more than sentiment.
My dear friend, forever is a long time to have gotten it wrong.
