Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
The kindest thing we could ever do is to forgive others…just as God in Christ also has forgiven us.
And, yet we have reservations about extending kindness to certain people. You know who they are and you know why you are questioning being kind to the likes of them.
But let me ask you a question: if Christ had the same attitude towards us as we have towards these certain people, might we ourselves have been shunned by Christ?
And this is why we I am imploring you to know the depth of Christ’s forgiveness for you because just as much as you can experience that freedom which His forgiveness brings, will you then be able to show that much kindness towards others…even those certain people
In closing, I ask you to prayerfully consider the change God would make in others’ lives through your life showing unmerited kindness towards others
