Psalm 37:25
I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken

We can not think of something too treacherous or too confusing to be insurmountable for God to overcome in order to keep His righteous ones in His sights and under His protection.

Now hear me out on this next point: while God does not forsake His covenant with us, this does not imply that we can’t walk away from the Christian faith! One, too many of us, know of individuals who have done this

And when this happens, or when we see Christians are living in contrast to Scriptural teachings, we can become overwhelmed if we try to rationalize how God is still not forsaking them.

Rather, our calling is to pray for them -and for us too – that the reality of this promise would make such an impact upon lives that it would awaken us all to get rid anything that is hindering us from God’s plan for them.

God will not forsake us and we must take up our God-given responsibility to be faithful to receive it.
