Philippians 4:6
One of the first steps in pressing into knowing God’s plan for you life is to learn how to be thankful in all things.
Being thankful IN the bad things is not the same as being thankful because those things happened. But, even more than that, being thankful is recognizing that regardless of the situation, God is still sovereign!
We may not like the situation. We may question why this even entered our life. We may even question why God does not do something about it.
Fair thoughts, but…
if God is only to be praised and honored and spoken highly about and prayed to and witnessed for WHEN SITUATIONS ARE GOOD, then I will wonder if your idea of God is too small.
