Here is a shortened version of our Discipleship Journey today:
Slide 1: Pastor Mike is taking us into a new series: living the new life and looking to Jesus to see how it is done.
Slide 2: This slide simply, but powerfully, shows us that Jesus connected with the woman where she was at, and thus could easily begin conversation with her. How often do we struggle to talk about our Christian faith because we are trying to force it into a conversation!
Slide 3: When we seek to relay the truth, and not pose judgement on the sins of others, we can more easily build rapport and, thus, simply but powerfully declare the truth.
Slide 4: Do you notice any pattern of Jesus? 🙂
Slide 5: What can we do this week to allow the love of Christ to compel/contrain us in our sharing the message of the gospel.
