Good day, this is Michael De Rosa, and we will be Psalms 37:2
For they will wither quickly like the grass
And fade like the green herb.

This verse refers to evil’s relative short lifespan. Our perspective of evil, though, is that it seems to last far too long!

So let me share a story: The other day my son told me that his 5 year old son is struggling with their upcoming move…because all he has ever known is where he currently lives. And, so while it is easy for his father to know all will be OK, his son is slowly learning to trust his father’s perspective in this

Likewise, unless we learn to trust our Heavenly Father’s perspective on evil, we too will needlessly struggle.

Now let’s look at this another way: a blade of grass lives only about 40 days…provided they are cared for. So, though its lifespan is a fraction of ours, if we never spent time caring for it, it would die more quickly

And likewise: when we don’t care for the evils around us by worrying over them, their influence over us will die.

In closing let me ask you this question: Whose perspective on evil do you have, friend?
