Deuteronomy 6:6-7Good Morning, this is Michael De Rosa and today I need to talk with you about child rearing.  My text is Deuteronomy 6:6-7

These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.

While parents were always meant to be the authority of their children,  that truth has been darkened more and more by society.

That truth, parental authority, though needs to be taken back and lived out, and the main way for this to happen…now hear me out…is by teaching our kids about God.

And one lesson to teach will be on forgiveness

Now, you and I both know that kids are very observant and will do more of what you do, than what you say, so we parents must examine our own behaviors and intentions while conveying God’s story of redemption.

Parents, we are not perfect and our kids will be the first to tell us …if you let them.

So, my friends, discover the blessing as you obey this commandment
