Therefore I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations on your behalf, for they are your glory.

There are no adequate answers for suffering. It is incomprehensible how individuals go through such trials.
And, yet, in this verse, we find that Paul sees something other than what our senses are telling us: namely, he is grounded in the reality that his sufferings have purpose.
So consider these things, my Christian friend so that you might see purpose in your own trials:
- Experience the truth that you do not need to worry; but, instead pray.
- Know that your pain can not diminish the faith that God has for you in this time
And, then, as God is showing us His presence during our trials, we can share this Good News with others
