Good morning, this is Michael De Rosa and today I need to talk with you about James 1:17

All good gifts come from God (James 1:17)

We don’t think this way when we are in the holds of sinful jealousy for we crave things that are not ours to have

Yet, this struggle we are in is only meant to be a prelude to Victory, His Victory. So press in, my Christian friend

You can defeat this Green eyed monster by wanting something more than filling that insatiable demon made longing.

And that something more is the reality that as a child of God you don’t lack any good gift

Now as you prepare for victory, remember that just as Christ saved you from hell, He has also given you all you need to save you from jealousy

So my advice today is this: purposefully spend more time with God, listing out all the gifts He has given you, then commit yourself to pressing in to use those gifts, while denouncing each jealous thought that comes upon you.
