Psalm 104:3
He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters;
He makes the clouds His chariot;
He walks on the wings of the wind
Consider here the splendor and majesty of our great God: As much as His presence fills the earth, so we can be assured that He is well aware of our lives.
With His upper chambers being in the waters, we can only marvel at the depths of the lower chambers of his kingdom. Whether those waters are crystal clear or black as midnight, God fully resides there.
As you consider the clouds, whether they be storm clouds or fair weather clouds: God’s dwells there. His presence is eternal.
